Prosperity Textiles was founded in 2002 in Shaoguan, China — an area famed for its forests, rivers and mountains. Prosperity has since grown into a denim operation with 2 production bases and 1,900 employees worldwide,, with a second state-of-the-art denim mill opened in Vietnam in 2018.

Proprietary blends are pioneered through back-to-back collaboration with acclaimed spinning partner TEXHONG. With in-house weaving, dyeing and finishing, Prosperity can therefore offer a truly integrated proposition. This has made Prosperity Textile a preferred partner for the most renowned and directional denim brands worldwide.

In 2014, Prosperity was awarded the ‘Innovative Pilot Enterprises of Internet and Industry Integration’ by China’s Ministry of Industry and Information Technology for commitment and contributions to innovation – a rarity for a textile mill.
